Situated in the popular tourist area of Corralejo the resort is charming and relaxing where you can enjoy your holidays and invest your savings wisely.
Atlantic Garden is a short distance from the beach and from the protected nature reserve Corralejo Dunes, very well connected to the International airport El Matorral and to the other main beaches of Playa Jandia, El Cotillo and Costa Calma.

Guests will pay everything not previewed by this promotion (meal, excursions, shows etc etc.),
For future guests it's important to know that during the stay they will have obligatorily to assist to an informative presentation, without obligation of purchase, promise of purchase or to assume other engagement, with a person that's promotes innovated to you and vacations systems that actually are already used from thousands of families.
The system can be, it depends, the "Vacation Club", Timesharing or other innovative tourist products.
During these meetings many times are the same guests who recognise spontaneously the validity and the good organisation of the structures that they are visiting.
For this reason the Managers that organises the advertising activities obtains easily the scope to promote and to propose their tourist initiatives or products.

RULES OF PARTICIPATION / GENERAL CONDITIONS
Limitations and conditions of the offer:
This Special Offer will assign 3 Promotional stay per week only!
- the demands must made 21 days before of beginning stay; 60 days before if the demand it's about Festive periods (Carnival, Easter , August, Christmas and New Year's Day).
- This special offer it's available to you for one time only.
- The guest family have to pay 100,00 Euro like Special Guest Fee following further info
- The guests or the beneficiaries must be the first time they shall visit the structures.
- This offer it's personal and it can't be added and/or passed to other persons.
- The beneficiaries cannot be guest or have planned a stay in other Hotels, apartments, Timesharing or Club Vacations in the week previous or successive refereed which required us.
- This offer it's available only to people between 30 and 65 years.
- Costs about use of water, electricity (there isn't gas) are comprised in this offer.
- Also cleaning service of apartment it's included, as well as change of towels, and blankets are comprised.
- Are not comprised costs about use of telephone, meal, excursions etc etc.
- It preventively remains in cargo to guests everything it's not been agreed in advance ( excursions, car, flights, transfers airport/residence/airport, etc. etc.)
- During the stay, the Direction of the Residence where you will be guest will contact you for a talk and a Tour presentation of the system vacations and Club Vacation.
Guests may refuse to partecipate to this appointment but they have to pay 750 ,00 Euros due their stay will be considered like a sort of rental due classified as "Guest NON Club Owner".
- The confirmation about your Stay will be officially made by Residence Management and it's considered official only after received your flights details.
